All shows from March 17th - July 31st 2020 and some events in the Autumn have been cancelled or rescheduled. We emailed customers for each individual show asking what you would like to do with your tickets.
If we did not hear from you within 7-10 days of sending the email, you will have received a refund. Customers without email will have received a phone call.
For the few customers for whom we have neither email or phone number (or could not connect via the phone number we have) and we have not been in touch with, we have refunded to the original payment method where possible. Payments originally paid by cash or Theatre Token, or card payments which we have been unable to refund, have been put to Theatre Credit for you to use against a future booking until we can get in touch with you to confirm what you would like to do. We will write to you as soon as we have the capacity to do so but please do get in touch with us by email before then!
If you have paid by card and not received a refund back into your account, please get in touch. We are finding that some customers were expecting a card refund but actually chose Theatre Credit as their refund option, but this can be rectified easily. We can also help you trace your refund with your bank if we have refunded your card but it has still not arrived back with you.
