Casual Bar Supervisor
Lichfield Garrick is seeking Casual Bar Supervisors to supervise bar staff and assume operational responsibility for the smooth running of the Green Room and bar operation at the Lichfield Garrick. This will include, ensuring the bar is fully and appropriately stocked at all times and appropriately staffed at all times within the allocated budget. Successful applications will be expected to deliver a high level of customer care, while managing and supervising the bar provision during normal theatre opening times, proactively maximize sales of all FOH stock and ensuring the smooth running of the bar function during corporate events as required.

Casual Front of House/Bar Assistant
Lichfield Garrick is seeking Casual Front of House/Bar Assistants to provide a lively, friendly, caring and efficient Front of House service, including bar and hospitality, for all customers and users of our theatre. Successful applicants will assist with the selling of confectionary, programmes, merchandise, alcohol and food before, during and after performances, as well as to maintain Covid-security measures at all times.

Lichfield Garrick Trustee
Lichfield Garrick Theatre is looking for new trustees, as current trustees are sadly coming to the end of their permitted terms. You would be joining the theatre at an exciting time as, having weathered the enforced closure due to coronavirus, the charity is now looking to the future, with a wide variety of performances, education and outreach activities and a new escape room bringing joy and hope to our community.
Our trustees are all volunteers who bring their skills and experience to the board of trustees. We are currently looking for trustees with expertise in retail, engineering, or construction/building management. A love of and commitment to theatre and the Arts is also key as is knowledge of and proximity to Lichfield. All trustees join our main board and are also invited to join one of the board committees according to their skillset. Normally there are four board meetings and up to four committee meetings per year.
