Lichfield Garrick Trustee

Lichfield Garrick Theatre is looking for new trustees, as current trustees are sadly coming to the end of their permitted terms.  You would be joining the theatre at an exciting time as, having weathered the enforced closure due to coronavirus, the charity is now looking to the future, with a wide variety of performances, education and outreach activities and a new escape room bringing joy and hope to our community.

Our trustees are all volunteers who bring their skills and experience to the board of trustees.  We are currently looking for trustees with expertise in retail, engineering, or construction/building management.  A love of and commitment to theatre and the Arts is also key as is knowledge of and proximity to Lichfield. All trustees join our main board and are also invited to join one of the board committees according to their skillset.  Normally there are four board meetings and up to four committee meetings per year.  For more information please visit our website, www.lichfieldgarrick.com or to arrange a conversation about the role, please email amy.pears@lichfieldgarrick.com.

Please download the Trustees role description and Equal Opportunities form.  If you feel that you are a suitable candidate for this role, please email Lichfield Garrick Theatre’s Chief Executive, Karen Foster, (karen.foster@lichfieldgarrick.com) with an expression of interest together with a CV or biography which outlines your experience to date and interest in the theatre, together with the completed Equal Opportunities form.
