We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to discover and realise their creative potential, so we put the work of artists at the heart of everything we do, and encourage and celebrate the creativity of our team, our collaborators and partners, and the groups and individuals we work with.

We believe that a vibrant, welcoming local theatre, working in partnership with people from the many different backgrounds and communities that live in a district like Lichfield, can make a meaningful difference to the lives of all residents by providing opportunities to come together to share ‘a great night out’; to encounter different stories and perspectives; and to experience the magic of live performance - in short, to feel part of something.

Welcoming Everyone

We want everyone to feel welcome to work or volunteer with us, to visit our venue to see a show, or to participate in a community project or creative activity. We prioritise inclusion in everything we do, and work proactively to ensure that our programme, facilities, service, and organisational culture meet their needs of people who experience particular barriers to attendance or participation.
