Volunteering at Lichfield Garrick Theatre

Here at Lichfield Garrick Theatre, our volunteers are an integral part of the running of our theatre and our ongoing development. Many of our volunteers support our front-of-house operations during shows, and help us create even greater connections within the community. We also have a Board of Trustees who work closely with our Chief Executive Daniel Buckroyd, to inform our creative and cultural endeavours in the local community, whilst developing a dynamic and strategic approach to our further growth and activities.

Although we currently have no volunteering positions available, keep an eye on this page for future updates.

Front-of-House Volunteering Opportunities

What do volunteers do?

Lichfield Garrick volunteers work alongside our operational staff within the Front of House Department and provide support and assistance during our performances.

Volunteers are a crucial part of our team; they’re the heart of our theatre family, sharing their passion for the stage while contributing to the development and wellbeing of the theatre. Many of our volunteers enjoy connecting with fellow theatre enthusiasts, socialising, and sometimes even get to watch our productions while on duty!

What Can You Expect as a Volunteer?

Our volunteers work directly with our Front of House team to deliver memorable experiences for every guest. With real responsibilities and a chance to make an impact, you’ll be a key player in providing exceptional customer care. We’re looking for friendly, confident people who love working with the public and can help us create connections with more of our visitors.
