Here at Lichfield Garrick Theatre, we believe theatre is for everyone, especially young people. With that in mind, we have curated a wide range of exciting opportunities that will allow you to dive into the world of theatre, develop your skills and express your creativity. Whether its workshops, performances or even hands-on training, we have something for you. Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes, or what a director's role covers or perhaps even how a performance is planned and put into action? Then you're in the right place.

Opportunities for Young People:

• Become a Young Garrick Member for free! Our free membership for 7-25 year olds if your one way ticket to unlocking theatre. You'll be the first to access workshops from industry and in-house professionals, and access £5 discounted tickets for some of our shows
• Sign up to our Young Garrick Lichfield our brand-new youth theatre programme launched in July 2024. The youth theatre runs weekly on Sundays and is designed to help you explore your creativity, gain confidence and find your community
• Sign up to Young Garrick Burntwood, the Burntwood strand of our youth theatre programme in partnership with Burntwood Town Council
• Take part in Work Experience with us. We're here to help you connect with professionally produced and programmed theatre and we feel sure that you'll have great fun learning with us.
