At Lichfield Garrick Theatre, we're committed to fostering the next generation of talent and giving you the opportunities and tools you need to pursue your dreams. 

We're currently working on developing an enriching work experience programme for the coming year that will provide hands-on learning, build your knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes and give you an insight into the operations of running a theatre and arts charity. With a wide range of departments including marketing, sales, box office, technical, venue operations and more, we hope to give you an invaluable experience into the ins and outs of operating a theatre.
