Today we're delighted to share an exciting new improvement to your booking journey!

At Lichfield Garrick Theatre, we’re committed to making your experience with us as seamless and enjoyable as possible. This means we're always looking for new and innovative ways to develop your journey with us from start to finish.

Following the launch of our new website, we’ve been hard at work with industry leaders crowdEngage, on integrating their cutting-edge ticketing technology here at the Garrick. This brand-new ticketing system will bring you a more personalised, accessible and easy way to manage your bookings with us, right from your smartphone or web browser. We hope that this will simplify and improve how you interact with us.

Customers who provide us with their details will receive an email or text granting access to Your Garrick Hub, your personalised hub to manage your booking.

Through Your Garrick Hub, you’ll be able to:

  • Easily share digital tickets with members of your group
  • Pre-order drinks ahead of your show, saving you time and letting you focus on enjoying the evening
  • Access exclusive member benefits easily, like an automatic 10% discount at the bar
  • Save your tickets to your Apple/Google wallet so they're just a click away when you need them

How Does It Work? 

From today (Tuesday 21st January), your digital tickets will now be available in Your Garrick Hub. Your  Garrick Hub can be accessed via a link sent to you in an email five days before your performance date. From Your Garrick Hub, you will be able to share tickets with friends & family or add them to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for ease. 

You will also get a text message reminder (if we have a phone number for you on record) with a link to access Your Garrick Hub 24 hours prior to your show.

Please note:

  • If you selected E-Tickets at the point of booking, you will have already received a printable PDF version of your tickets via email

  • If you have physical tickets that you collected or had posted from our Box Office, you can still access a digital version of your tickets and also pre-order refreshments within Your Garrick Hub

  • If you don't use a smartphone, you can open your email access link in a web browser

  • If you are unable to access this system, don't worry your physical tickets will always be enough

Do I Need to Opt In?

There is no need to opt in. As long as you have an email address or mobile phone number linked to your Lichfield Garrick account you will receive the email, text or both as above.

If you would like to receive the text but you know you haven't linked a mobile phone number to your account with us, you can add this by logging into your account on our  website.

If you are unsure of how to do this, please give our lovely Box Office staff a call and they will be able to add this to your account for you.

Pre-Ordering Refreshments

Your  Garrick Hub will elevate how you pre-order your refreshments, so you can beat the queues and collect your drinks from the moment you get inside the venue. You can order pre-show refreshments and interval refreshments. 

Order ahead and let your magical theatre experience start as soon as you arrive, with no interruptions.

Pre-orders will be ready for collection upon arrival or in the interval, and your collection point will be advised after you complete the purchase.

PRE-SHOW - You can order your pre-show refreshments up to 90 minutes before the start of the show.

INTERVAL - You can order your interval drinks up until the start of the performance.

Please ensure you select the correct PRE-SHOW or INTERVAL menu when ordering, as pre-show and interval orders will need to made separately.

Moving Forward

We can't wait to welcome you in and hear what you think of this new development. In the future, this system will also allow us to send out any emergency or urgent announcements, as we all know how easy it can be to miss a social media post or an email. We're looking forward to adding this to the service and making sure we're always connected.
