At Lichfield Garrick Theatre, we're dedicated to improving your experiences with us with cutting-edge solutions. Your Garrick Hub is our personalised digital platform, designed to make managing your bookings more convenient and enjoyable. ​

What is Your Garrick Hub?

Your Garrick Hub will let you:

  • Easily share digital tickets with members of your group
  • Pre-order refreshments ahead of your show, saving you time and letting you focus on enjoying the evening
  • Access exclusive member benefits easily, like an automatic 10% discount at the bar
  • Save your tickets to your Apple/Google wallet for easy access

When and how do I access it?

Email: You'll receive a link via email five days before your performance date. Please ensure you add garrick@mail.lichfieldgarrick.com to your safe senders so you never miss out.

Mobile: If we have a mobile number associated with your Lichfield Garrick account, you'll also get a text message reminder with an access link 24 hours before your show.

How Does It Work?
  1. Receive Access Link: An email with a link to Your Garrick Hub will be sent five days before your performance. If we have your mobile number, a reminder text with the link will arrive 24 hours prior.
  2. Access Your Garrick Hub: Click the link to enter your personalised hub without the need for additional logins.​
  3. Manage Your Experience: Within the hub, share tickets, pre-order refreshments, view FAQs and enhance your visit.​

Managing your Tickets

Your physical tickets or PDF e-tickets will always be accepted, but with Your Garrick Hub, you'll receive digital tickets which can be added to your phone wallet for easy access within seconds.

  • If you selected E-Tickets at the point of booking, you will have already received a printable PDF version of your tickets via email
  • If you have physical tickets that you collected or had posted from our Box Office, you can still access a digital version of your tickets and also pre-order refreshments within Your Garrick Hub
  • If you don't use a smartphone, you can open your email access link in a web browser

If you are unable to access this system or prefer our alternatives, don't worry your physical tickets will always be enough.

Pre-Ordering Refreshments

Order your pre-show and interval refreshments ahead of your visit, so all that's left for you to do is sit down and enjoy the show.

Collect on arrival or in the interval, from the collection point given once you complete your purchase.

Pre-Show: You can order your pre-show refreshments up to 90 minutes before the start of the show

Interval: You can order your interval drinks up until the start of the performance.

Please ensure you select the correct pre-show or interval menu when ordering, as pre-show and interval orders will need to made separately.

FAQs

Do I have to use Your Garrick Hub?

Not at all. If you prefer to order refreshments whilst you're here and use your physical or PDF tickets then please feel free to continue using your preferred method.

What if I buy my ticket within 24 hours of the show?

You will still receive an email with your access link shortly after your booking, and you'll also receive a text with the link if you have provided us with your mobile number. 

Does the lead booker have to pre-order refreshments for the whole group?

No, the lead booker can easily share tickets with group members from Your Garrick Hub, so everyone is able to personalise their own experience from saving tickets to phone wallets to pre-ordering refreshments for just before the show and/or in the interval.

Do I need to opt in?

No, you will automatically receive an email with your access link as long as we have an email address associated with your Lichfield Garrick account.
