We are delighted to be able to continue with Santa's Grotto, even under Tier 3 restrictions. Entertainment venues cannot open under Tier 3 regulations but retail units are still able to host events. We are therefore moving Santa's Grotto to the former M&S unit in Three Spires Shopping Centre, opposite Calendar Club.

This is easy walking distance from the theatre and will be clearly signposted.

PLEASE NOTE: if you receive this message - 'The area you have chosen is unavailable, please select another.' - when trying to book, this means this timeslot has sold out. Please select another to complete your purchase.

Please disregard the 12am listed time on your order and ticket. Your timeslot will be chosen at the time of booking and can be checked by clicking View Details at checkout and in your basket. The correct timeslot will be listed on your ticket below your chosen date.

PERFORMANCES:

Santa’s Grotto slots are to be pre-booked in 15-minute time slots and you can book a maximum of four children in each slot with Santa.  Adults go free; however, we do ask that you restrict to two adults per family group to reduce the number of people in the grotto. 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your slot so that we can ensure a safe, socially distanced experience for all
