How To Book

Box Office

The Box Office phone lines are currently open Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-2pm, and are also open one hour prior to a show. The Box Office phone line is 01543 412121. You may be added to a queue if the Box Office is busy. Outside those hours, you can text us to reserve your ticket on 07591 013985 (please note that calls to this number will not be answered) or email us regarding any queries on garrick@lichfieldgarrick.com and we will endeavour to respond to you within 48 hours.

Booking Online

We charge a £1 booking fee for online transactions booked through the Garrick website. This charge does not apply for in-person on phone bookings, and is not applied to free events. If you are having trouble with your online booking please call the Box Office on 01543 412121 (opening hours above).

Payment

We accept cash and MasterCard, Visa & Maestro card types. We do not currently accept American Express. Cheques are payable to Lichfield Garrick Theatre. We accept SOLT Theatre Tokens and Lichfield Garrick gift vouchers. Please note SOLT Theatre Tokens are not redeemable online - to redeem these, please call our Box Office or visit us in person during opening hours.

Ticket Delivery

We offer three ticket collection methods. If you select Postal Tickets, you will be charged £1.25 at your time of booking for this service. These are sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail and should arrive to you within 10 days. If you have not received your postal tickets a week before your performance, please contact us via email or phone.

E-tickets will be sent by email. These do not have to be printed - you can show them on your smartphone. If you can't find your e-tickets, just login to your account and click on E-TICKETS to download a copy.

If you have selected Care of Box Office (CoBO), tickets can be collected at any time during our opening hours or they will be waiting for you at the Box Office on the day of the performance. We will be open an hour prior to the show start time for collections.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Please see our Terms & Conditions in regards to our refund policy.

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (if applicable) of the same production. We cannot always guarantee availability, so please get in touch with us at your earliest opportunity. As we are a receiving house, we cannot exchange tickets to different shows.

If a show has sold out, we can attempt to resell your tickets for a small commission fee of £1.25 per ticket. If you wish to request a ticket resale, please put your request in writing to the Box Office by emailing garrick@lichfieldgarrick.com.

In the unlikely event that the performance you have booked for is cancelled or rescheduled by the venue or the touring company, you are entitled to a refund of the price paid. In this instance, we will contact your directly via email or phone. Please bear with us if this circumstance occurs - there is no need to contact us, we will contact you as soon as we are able to. We hope to be able to offer a rescheduled performance, and you may have the option to swap your booking directly to the rearranged date.

Age Guidance on Performances:

Babes in Arms

We offer Babes in Arms tickets on certain family performances, which allows you to bring an infant under 18 months old (at the time of the performance, not the time of booking) into a show where they will be on the lap of a parent/guardian and will not be charged for their own seat. This will be charged at a nominal fee of £3. We recommend booking tickets on the end of a row (or as close as possible) so if you need to leave, then your exit will cause minimal disturbance to patrons around you. It is your responsibility to make sure that your infant doesn’t disturb other visitors to the venue and you may be asked to step outside of the auditorium if members of staff feel it is necessary to request this of you.

Babes in Arms tickets are bookable in two ways. These can be retrospectively added to your order by calling the Box Office (who can also answer any questions you may have about our protocol) or via the website as a specific ticket type. Once you have selected your seats on the seating plan and clicked to continue, a drop-down menu will appear where you will need to change the ticket type to factor in how many Babes in Arms you will need. Please note that you only need to change the amount of tickets to Standard inc. Babes in Arms per infant you are bringing. If you have any questions, please email us on garrick@lichfieldgarrick.com.
