Essential Companion Register
If you require an essential companion to accompany you during a visit to our venue, please join our Essential Companion Register. This allows you to bring Essential Companions free of charge. We endeavour to offer this on all shows, but there may be some exceptions.
You can register by filling out the application form and returning it to our Box Office team, along with proof of eligibility. We only ask for information that is essential to your application, and all data is handled securely and sensitivity by the relevant staff only. This form can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.
Proof of eligibility is required. Some of the accepted forms of proof include:
- Front page of DLA (Medium or Higher rate)
- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate required)
- Front page of PIP (no specific rate required)
- Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Credibility Access Card (with +1 icon)
Please note that blue badges are not an accepted form of proof for registering an Essential Companion.

You can either fill out an online form below, or fill out a paper copy and email your completed forms to garrick@lichfieldgarrick.com. A member of the box office team will action it as soon as possible. You can also send us an email with any queries on the scheme, as well as to discuss signing up on behalf of somebody else, or to see if you may qualify.
Regardless of which form you fill out, you will need to provide evidence by emailing us a copy to garrick@lichfieldgarrick.com
