Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded once purchased.
2. Smoking and vaping in all areas of the Lichfield Garrick is strictly forbidden.
3. Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed in the building.
4. Mobile telephones and digital watch alarms must be switched off in the auditorium at all times. The use of cameras or recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
5.  In the interests of other patrons, babes in arms are not usually admitted. Exceptions may be made for pantomime and certain children's performances, when prior arrangements should be made with the Box Office.
6. Due to Fire Regulations, all patrons, including babes in arms, must be in possession of a valid ticket before entering the auditorium. Tickets must be purchased, irrespective of the age of the child.
7. The Management reserve the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises. The Management reserve the right to request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate action to enforce such a request.
8. Latecomers will not be permitted until after the interval, or until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers, if admitted, may be required to occupy alternative seats.
9. The Management may alter or vary the programme, artistes, pricings and timings without consultation or compensation.
10. If the performance is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Management, the Lichfield Garrick will not be liable for compensation whatsoever, other than a possible percentage or maximum refund of the value of the ticket to the ticket holder.
11. If there is a seating issue, please report this to the Duty Manager.
12. On occasion, we run promotional offers that may reduce ticket prices at our discretion. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Covid-19

The Lichfield Garrick Theatre will be following all current government guidance with regards to Covid-19 and implementing any safety restrictions within our venue in line with the law. If the performance is able to go ahead in line with the current government guidelines, then our standard terms & conditions in relation to exchanges and refunds still applies. Third Party Organisations/Venues

Lichfield Garrick Box Office occasionally acts as a ticket agent for external events. Refunds for these events will not be given on any tickets returned for any reason unless the Promoter authorises Lichfield Garrick to do so.

Exchange/Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

If you are unable to attend a performance that is fully booked and has a waiting list, we may offer to re-sell your ticket for a nominal fee of £1.25 per ticket. We operate a ticket exchange service up to 48 hours prior to the performance and subject to availability, for a fee of £1.25 per ticket.

Exchange and Resale fees to do not apply to Lichfield Garrick Friends. 

We offer a ticket insurance service via Booking Protect, where you can pay a small fee per ticket and be refunded if you are not able to attend due to certain unforeseen reasons. This can be added at time of booking, please be sure to read Booking Protect's terms and conditions. 

Age Guidance on Performances

For Main House/ Studio Shows:

• Unaccompanied young people aged 14- 16 years of age may attend strictly at parent/carer discretion.
• Parent/ Carer supervision is required for under 14s.
• Please note the age guidance for each show may vary.
• Please remember we are a licensed premises.

For Cinema Screenings:

• Unaccompanied young people aged 12-16 years of age may attend strictly at parent/carer discretion.
• No unaccompanied children under 12 years of age.
• Please note the age guidance for each film may vary.
• Please remember we are a licensed premises.

Green Room Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

1. One stamp per person, per purchase
2. Minimum spend must be £1.50
3. Loyalty card only valid in the Green Room Café/Bar and Green Room Wine Bar
4. Loyalty Card has no cash value
5. Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
6. To claim your free ticket, collect 12 stamps
7. On presentation of a full loyalty card you will have the opportunity to receive 1 free ticket to a selected performance.
8. Details of our selected performances will be available from the Box Office.
9. Your free ticket is non refundable or exchangeable
10. The Lichfield Garrick reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
