Paws & Applause: The Great Panto Pooch Contest!

Welcome to the first ever Paws & Applause: The Great Panto Pooch Contest! This year we're giving your dog the opportunity to become the star of our panto - Jack & The Beanstalk. Your dog could get the chance to join our incredible cast on the Garrick stage for one night only. If you think your pooch has what it takes to step into the spotlight and give Dave the Cow a run for his money (or beans), then head to the link below to get your application in! 

 Important Information

Applications close on Friday 1st November 2024.

Auditions for shortlisted dogs will be held on Saturday 30th November 2024. Please ensure yourself and your dog are available for this day before applying.
If your dog is chosen, you must both be available on the below dates:
  • Rehearsal on either one of the following dates: 2nd, 3rd or 4th January 2025
  • Performance on either one of the following dates: 8th, 9th or 10th January 2025 for a 7pm show
Terms & Conditions
  • The winner will receive TWO TICKETS to Jack & The Beanstalk at Lichfield Garrick Theatre (subject to availability)
  • This is an unpaid position
  • By applying to The Great Panto Pooch Contest you are providing us the right to use your dog's image
  • You will be required to stay with your dog at all times including during the audition, during the rehearsal and backstage during the show.
