Warm Spaces
The Lichfield Garrick Warm Space is open seven days a week, between 10am - 5pm.* (excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day).
The Warm Space is in our Green Room café, and is open to anyone to come and spend the day in a safe, warm, and welcoming environment.
Free tea and coffee is available for those using the warm space – just pick up a blue counter at the till to indicate you would like a free drink. The café will be open for purchases of other drinks and light snacks, but you do not need to be making a purchase to use the warm space.
We are also offering a menu of low-cost hot food:
- Two slices of toast – 75p
- Soup of the Day - £1.50
- Beans on toast - £1.50
- Selected cakes - £1.50
The warm space is being made possible thanks to funding from Lichfield City Council and Lichfield Community Lottery.
Free hot drinks are being offered thanks to our sponsors Richard Winterton Auctioneers and donations from our generous customers. To give £2 to provide a free hot drink, you can donate here.

*When the building is open during performances, we will not be able to offer warm space facilities such as free drinks and games. You are welcome to still use the space to sit but you may find it is very busy with audiences! The Christmas Pantomime will be particularly busy - see a list of dates here.
