Booking Protect - what you need to know
Buy your tickets with confidence by adding Booking Protect to your order.
Tickets purchased for events at the Lichfield Garrick are non-refundable as per our standard terms & conditions, but for a small additional fee per ticket you can add Booking Protect to your order, which covers you for a range of unforeseen circumstances*, including:
- Accidents
- Injury
- Physical & mental illness
- Covid-19 - find more information on their Coronavirus guidance here - please read this as their Covid Ts&Cs have changed.
- Redundancy
- Relocation by employer
- Pre-existing medical conditions
- Pregnancy
- Death (including suicide)
- Adverse weather conditions
- Home emergency (including burglary, fire, flood, etc.)
- Private vehicle failure (including breakdown, fire, theft, accident, etc.)
- Public transport failure
- Jury Service
- Military Call Up overseas
Booking Protect can even cover ALL elements of a booking, including tickets, travel and accommodation.
This includes all service and booking fees subject to terms and conditions.
Please contact Booking Protect for information regarding what proof will be required for a refund to be processed.

All protection offered above is given subject to the event going ahead as planned. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Theatre Management, then refunds will be processed directly through the Box Office. We will be in touch with all bookers directly should such a circumstance arise. Please be aware that your Booking Protect fee is non-refundable.
