Box Office Opening Times

Our current opening times are:
Tuesday - Saturday | 10am-2pm
for in-person and over the phone bookings.
We will also be open one hour before the start of a show. For example, if we have a performance at 7.30pm, we will be open at 6.30pm. If we have performances in both our Main Auditorium and Studio spaces, we will open an hour before the earliest performance.
If your query is urgent, please email garrick@lichfieldgarrick.com and someone will respond as quickly as possible (this account is monitored as often as possible)..
We would politely ask that any frustration is not taken out on any of our staff or volunteers.
There will be zero tolerance on abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff & volunteers and we reserve the right to ask you to leave if this is reported to theatre management.
