Membership Terms & Conditions 

Membership Terms and Conditions are in addition to our Standard Terms & Conditions of booking, which can be found here. You can also read our Privacy Policy, on how we will use your data here. 

    1. Memberships are subject to a 14-day cooling off period, during which a refund will be granted on request subject to the return of your membership card. Any benefits used before the refund, such as discounts, fee savings or priority booking, will be deducted. Following this 14-day period, memberships are non-refundable.
    2. Ticket/Bar discounts are for two discounted drinks or food items per transaction and two discounted tickets per show, except for the Friends Circle Single Membership which is for one discounted drink or food item per transaction and one discounted ticket per show.
    3. Ticket discounts are available on Monday-Thursday performances of professional theatre events and Event Cinema (except for ‘Director’s Pick’ shows, where discounts apply any day). Ticket discounts/free tickets do not apply to local theatre hires, standard film releases, VIP/Meet & Greet tickets, or external events where Lichfield Garrick acts as ticket agent. All discounts are subject to approval by the promoter of the individual show, so we regret that on rare occasions some professional events may not be included.
    4. Free tickets offered to Garrick Circle and above are only available for full annual memberships or after six months of continual renewal for monthly memberships.
    5. Priority Booking is for the majority of Theatre shows and Event Cinema but may exclude standard film releases, external events where Lichfield Garrick acts as ticket agent, and on occasions where promotors require immediate general on-sale. We apologise that there may be rare occasions where individual promoters require their shows on general sale immediately and so priority booking cannot be offered.
    6. Memberships prices are split between the price of the benefits (where the Theatre will be charged VAT) and a donation (where the Theatre can claim Gift Aid if applicable). All benefits are available for purchase without the donation.
    7. All benefits are subject to availability. The theatre reserves the right to withdraw or amend any benefits at any time.
    8. Ticket and bar discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    9. All benefits must be used within the membership period and cannot be carried over to renewed periods or used once memberships are lapsed.
    10. All memberships are to be used by the named member and any guest, except for the Friends Circle Single Membership which is for the named member only.
    11. Priority booking, ticket discounts and waived fees will apply automatically when booking online once customers have logged into their customer account.
    12. The Theatre Management reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund and withdraw all benefits should it be misused, if false information is provided, or if there are any other irregularities.
    13. Lost membership cards can be replaced subject to an administration charge. Lost renewal vouchers cannot be replaced (not applicable for digital membership cards).
    14. ‘Renewals’ are classed as annual memberships that continue into the next period by paying the annual price within 30 days either side of the expiry date. Any purchases made by existing members outside of these dates are classed as new memberships and so not subject to renewal benefits. Memberships transferring to different levels during the renewal period will be treated as renewals. Monthly memberships are classed as a renewal after one year of continuous membership.
